By opting into our Repurchase Guarantee Program, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

How to Request a Repurchase

  • The repurchase request must be submitted via email within 30 calendar days of the original online purchase (the purchase date is considered Day 0).
  • The vehicle must be fully paid for and remain in the buyer’s possession at the time of the request.
  • The vehicle must not have been resold, transferred, or given to a third party after the initial purchase.
  • Our review process may take up to 30 days, during which an inspection will be conducted to verify the vehicle’s condition matches the original purchase details.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our Repurchase Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The vehicle’s condition must match or exceed the description at the time of purchase.
  • It must meet the inspection criteria outlined in Bill’s Son Auto Sales’ Terms & Conditions.
  • The Repurchase Guarantee must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added or removed afterward.

 

The Repurchase Process

  • Once approved, the buyer will receive a refund within 24 to 48 hours after Bill’s Son Auto Sales has received the vehicle’s transferable title.
  • The vehicle must remain in the buyer’s possession until retrieval, which typically occurs within 7 days of the refund being issued.
  • The buyer must cooperate in the remarketing process, including allowing inspections, providing necessary documents, and facilitating pickup arrangements.

 

Buyer Responsibilities

  • The buyer is responsible for securely storing the vehicle and maintaining it in good condition until retrieval.
  • Any damage or loss occurring after repurchase approval but before pickup will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Bill’s Son Auto Sales reserves the right to limit the number of vehicles eligible for repurchase per buyer.
